appetising food, excellent service and wonderful view of the mountains. exceptional and neat room with exceptionally comfortable beds. a great selection of facilities like: an individual safe, central heating, and a work desk. what an amazing and incredible location down the short hill! and adjacent to other restaurants, and eiger and other mountains. simply no complaints whatsoever, very good stay.

The setting is fantastic and excellent, very close to the town center and the train station. the breakfast is large with a wide spread of food and a beautiful mountain view, catering to every taste.

Clean place with PARTICULARLY NICE view across the valley to the Eiger and other alps. Good service and wonderful location, great for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed pretty quiet area.

Loved our beautiful rooms, plus the staff was good. The location was great and incredible, relatively close to a mountain cable car. The fairly quiet area was good for skiing. The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered wonderful dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used TV set with satellite channels, central heating and a personal safe: )

The room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was really cool 😎. the bed and pillows were cozy and I had a comfortable sleep.

Recently stayed at Hotel Alpina for a few nights while exploring the beautiful Swiss mountains. The friendly staff went above and beyond to help us navigate the bus system and even lent us sleds for some fun in the snow. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a stunning mountain view from the balcony. The wifi worked perfectly and there was convenient parking behind the hotel. Though the breakfast spread wasn't extravagant, the croissants were delicious. The hosts were thoughtful, leaving tasty biscuits and a handwritten note on New Year's Eve. a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

Greatly enjoyed it. The hotel had great location right by cable car as well as Interlaken where the transportation is easy. Continental breakfast was large and satisfactory...

Breakfast service could be improved.

The room was exceptional and exceptionally nice, included with a beautiful view and chairs to eat, for instance. Exceptionally nice breakfast and the staff was lovely. The location was marvellous, about 5-minute walk into town.

The hotel is located near the train station which made it very convenient for us to travel around. We also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the facilities provided free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always making sure that we were comfortable during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the good restaurant with a variety of food options available.

The main downside of our stay was the unreliable Wi-Fi. Despite being advertised as free, the internet was either slow or non-existent, which caused major inconvenience as we were trying to complete some work assignments.
